Shopify × UPS

From Shopify order to UPS label in one click

EasyLabels creates the shipping label, builds the customs invoice, fulfills the order in Shopify and keeps your customer informed — without retyping a single address.

Everything between "paid" and "shipped"

One place for the whole shipping flow, built around the way a Shopify store actually ships.

Labels straight from your orders

Orders arrive from Shopify automatically. Select one or a whole batch and print the UPS labels in one go.

Customs handled

Shipments outside the EU get a customs invoice with HS codes, country of origin and weight per item — editable per order and synced back to Shopify.

Automatic fulfillment

As soon as the label exists, the order is marked fulfilled in Shopify with its tracking number. Partial shipments are supported.

Tracking and alerts

Customers receive track & trace by email. Your team gets an alert for the delivery statuses you choose to follow.

UPS Access Point

Ship to pickup points, including a QR-code email for the customer and a reminder before the pickup period expires.

Multiple shops, one admin

Run every store from a single login, each with its own Shopify and UPS account. Available in English, Dutch, German and French.

How it works

  1. Connect your shop

Link your Shopify store and your own UPS account. Rates and invoices run on your UPS contract.

  2. Orders come in

New and updated orders are imported automatically, including items, weights and customs data.

  3. Print and ship

Print the label from EasyLabels or directly from the order page in Shopify admin. Fulfillment and tracking follow by themselves.
